Welcome to ZÄRTJÎ (www.zartji.com). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.
1. About Us ZÄRTJÎ is an Australian fashion label creating natural clothing as wearable art. We design and produce limited-edition, hand screen-printed garments using organic cotton and eco-friendly inks.
2. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via all major credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.
3. Shipping We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping times and rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy. For international orders including our handmade incense, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

5. Products All ZÄRTJÎ garments are hand screen-printed in limited runs. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in print placement and colour may occur — this is a feature of artisan production, not a defect.
6. Intellectual Property All designs, prints, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of ZÄRTJÎ. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, ZÄRTJÎ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
